Good morning, from dreary NYC … if you can believe it, I’ve been to 49 countries, but I’ve NEVER been here before! I flew in late Tuesday and spent a super fun 24 hours with my dear friend
, as she took me on a food tour of the city. In a 4-hour period yesterday, we had THREE lunches, because there were a lot of things on my NYC bucket list (steakhouse, pizza, bagels, hot dogs, an egg cream, a new celebrity-chef restaurant, etc.). We had a blast stuffing ourselves before attending a Royal Caribbean event last night to learn about the brand’s exciting plans for the next few years! In a few hours, I’m flying to Palm Beach, FL for four days … my boyfriend is meeting me there, and part of this trip involves him introducing me to his parents with dinner at their house tomorrow night! Wish me luck :) Yes, I’m bringing them rugelach from Russ & Daughters (they lived in NYC for decades).
Ok, onto the exciting news: I’m now a contributor to Forbes … specifically focused on travel, of course! I’ve been working on my first few assignments behind the scenes (should go live soon), but now I’m ready for some PR help. So scroll on down to see what’s on my plate.
Have a great week,
Jill
Work 1:1 with Me!
Does this sound familiar?
You’re firing off pitches, chasing media opportunities, and doing everything by the book—but it’s just not working.
🚨 Your pitches are getting ignored.
🚨 You’re not landing the coverage your clients deserve.
🚨 You’re questioning the entire industry and your future in it.
The media contacts you spent years building? Laid off.
Writers and editors? Overwhelmed and not responding as often.
Your emails? Just more noise in flooded inboxes.
The harsh truth: The old-school PR playbook doesn’t work anymore. It’s time to adapt, pivot, and re-strategize.
That’s exactly what I help publicists do.
And I just opened up three spots to work privately with those who want to:
✅ Skyrocket pitch open rates, so your emails don’t vanish into the void
✅ Build real and long-lasting relationships with journalists that make coverage easier for years to come
✅ Improve ROI on in-person and virtual events, press samples, and press trips
✅ Create angles and hooks that make your clients’ stories impossible to ignore
✅ Nail your clients’ competitive edge — so they stand out as the only choice
✅ Navigate today’s shifting media landscape with confidence
We’ll work together over the next few months to get you serious results—quickly.
Would you like to work together?

Humble brag alert: My average open rate is 45%, so this is a highly engaged audience (PS: that open rate is MORE THAN DOUBLE what’s considered “good” for marketing!).
